JAY GRAHAM | Managing Director
Jay Graham is Co-Founder and a Managing Director of Columbia Ag Group, LLC. Jay brings more than 25 year of experience in agricultural investments and asset management. Prior to forming Columbia Ag Group, Jay held positions with prominent agribusiness institutions such as Hancock Ag Investment Group, Wells Fargo National Ag team and Bank of the West. He earned a B.S. in Agricultural Business from Washington State University with an emphasis on commodity risk management. Jay has been saturated in the fruit tree business and grew up in orchards in Wenatchee, WA
STU KERBER | Managing Director
Stu is a Managing Director and Co-Founder of Columbia Ag Group, LLC. Stu has 15+ years of commercial banking and finance experience in the Pacific Northwest. Previously he focused on specialized financing structures for agriculture and utility sectors with CoBank and was involved in the founding of de novo bank, Western Capital Bank (now Northwest Bank). Stu was introduced to the nursery business at a young age in the Midwest prior to moving to the northwest. He holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Gonzaga University and is a graduate of the Stonier School of Banking at University of Pennsylvania.
SCOTT KERBER, CPA | Chief Financial Officer
Scott serves in a tax and finance advisory role for Columbia Ag Group. Scott has a strong accounting background coming from the timber and natural resources industry. He has had a variety of roles including serving as a division controller for Boise Cascade, CFO of a small investor owned saw mill operation and as a tax accountant with LeMaster and Daniels. Scott is a certified public accountant and received his Master of Accounting from Gonzaga University.

STEPHEN SKYLSTAD | Director of Business Development
Stephen serves as Director of Business Development for Columbia Ag Group. Stephen is heavily experienced in all aspects of orchard business development, including farming and managing existing orchards, orchard renewal, and the development of bare ground. Stephen has worked with many growers as a horticultural consultant providing field and technical support for tree fruit. Additionally, Stephen has developed his own orchard and is a partner in 800 acres of apple and cherry orchards in Washington State. Stephen received his B.S. in Horticulture from Washington State University.
SEAN SAHLI | President - Columbia Farm Services, LLC
Sean is President of Columbia Farm Services, LLC, Columbia Ag Group's related farm management platform. Sean applies his experience in orchard management to Columbia Farm Services projects under management to maximize yield and reduce input costs. Sean has wide ranging knowledge of tree fruit operating stemming from his 19 years of farm management. He currently manages over 2,300 acres of apple and cherry orchards, of which 900+ Sean developed from bare ground and 400 acres of redevelopment of established orchards. Additionally, Sean owns and operates 1,100 acres of tree fruit. Sean is also very well versed in labor management and the H2A program managing a seasonal staff of 700 employees. Sean holds a B.S in Horticulture for Washington State University.
RYAN VICKERY | Director of Farmland Management and Operations - Columbia Farm Services, LLC
Ryan is the Director of Farmland Management and Operations for Columbia Farm Services, LLC. Ryan has extensive knowledge in orchard development focusing on early production of newly planted orchards and increasing production and fruit quality from existing orchards. Ryan has been responsible for the redevelopment of numerous apple and cherry orchards for various growers in the Washington area. In addition, Ryan owns and manages his own apple and cherry orchards. He uses his personal orchards as testing grounds for new techniques and methods to continually increase output and fruit quality. Ryan holds an A.S in Horticulture from Wenatchee Valley College.
